Toasted Mexican Ravioli - Who's ready for some Football Food ??

Even if you're not a sports fan, here's something you can cheer for- Toasted Mexican Ravioli! I've made breaded raviolis before, and they are always a hit there.   This fun spin on them is perfect to snack on while watching your favorite team.  I only made one change to the recipe, and that was to use salsa instead of enchilada sauce.   Thank you so much to Cristy K for sharing the recipe. Be sure to check out even more amazing #FootballFood recipes at the bottom of the post!                       * Exported from MasterCook *                          Toasted Mexican Ravioli   3              large  eggs      1/4           cup  buttermilk   1 1/2           cups  dry bread crumbs   1           envelope  taco seasoning   1            package  frozen beef ravioli -- (25 ounces) thawed                         Oil for frying   1                cup  shredded Monterey Jack cheese -- (4 ounces)      1/2           cup  enchilada sauce (I used salsa)      1/2
